«Uzvneshtrans» LLC JV since January 2012 has started to introduce the Quality Control System at the enterprise according to ISO 9001:2008. ISO 9001 is an international quality certification that defines minimum requirements for a company's Quality Management System (QMS). Some of the areas of the company within the scope of ISO 9001 include: - continuous control of key business processes; - reliability assurance – increasing the marketability; - export capacity increasing; - competitiveness at domestic and foreign markets; - possibility to sale services at world prices; - advantages over competitors in biddings; - possibility to attract investors; - reduction of nonmanufacturing costs; - services quality increasing. Today logistics companies think important to meet international requirements and standards, because the "door- to -door" practice refers to the reach by logisticians the international level. The world market requires to meet high quality of services. The specialists noted that it is easy to work with European, ISO-certified companies, where there is no necessary to check the supplier of goods or services. It has been already done by certifying company! It has checked whether everything works well at the enterprise, whether the company is reliable, whether the quality of offered service or products is of high quality or not. Preparation for Certification is performed within the training program "Investing in Central Asia" developed by the European Union and existing as "Creating the preconditions to introduce ISO standards and Quality Control Systems into the transport and logistics sector" This project is implemented by Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) Ltd. Association for Development of Business Logistics. «Uzvneshtrans» has scheduled to obtain the certificate at early May, 2012. ISO 9001 introduction will help to create an effective client-focused management system allowing to satisfy and exceed customer expectations, which enables the company to get a regular profit.
